The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Sir William Stanier (1876 - 1965), Chief Mechanical Engineer of the London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS), showing parts of the new Turbomotive steam locomotive to the driver and to LMS Chairman Josiah Stamp (1880 - 1941), 28th June 1935.
