Artist's Description

MONROVIA, LIBERIA - JULY 15: Refugees crowd into a Masonic temple converted into a camp July 15, 2003 in the Liberian capital of Monrovia. Hundreds of thousands of Liberians have converged on the capital as they flee from fighting in the country's 13-year civil war. The U.S. is weighing sending troops to this war-torn west African country, but only on the condition that President Charles Taylor steps down and leaves. (Photo by Chris Hondros/Getty Images)
