(Original Caption) Teamsters Union Vice President James R. Hoffa flashes a winning smile as he leaves the U.S. Court after being acquitted by a federal jury of charges that he conspired to plant a spy on the Senate Rackets Committee. A jury of seven women and five men returned the not guilty verdict after deliberating for three hours and 25 minutes. His acquittal means that Hoffa again is strongly in the running to succeed Dave Beck as President.
