(Original Caption) They Won't Salute "Old Glory" Philadelphia, Pa.: Pictured leaving the U.S. District Court here are Walter Gobbitis, Minnersville, Pa., Grocer, and his children William and Lillian. The youngsters testified before Justice Albert B. Maris that saluting the American flag violated their religious principles as members of the sect known as Jehovah's witnesses. The children quoted biblical passages to bolster their testimony. Justice Maris reserved decision.
