Artist's Description

(Original Caption) Studies of James R. Hoffa, Vice President of the Teamsters Union and front runner to succeed Dave Beck as President, is shown as he testified before the Senate Rackets Committee. Hoffa remained cocky and confident throughout his sojourn in the witness chair and apparently though there was nothing unusual about his borrowing $120,000, interest free, from Union Funds, other union officials and businessmen.
