(Original Caption) 4/27/1955-New York, NY-A broad search is on by City Health Inspectors for anti-Polio vaccine pakcages from the Cutter Laboratories, Berkeley, CA.This package containing three 1cc vials of the Salk vaccine, was one of several seized by the city's Health Department today.There are some 600 packages still unaccounted for in the Metropolitan area.The U.S. Health Department ordered all cutter-made vaccine impounded follwing the reports of one child dead and seven others ill after inoculation with this firm's product.
