Driving back through Glencoe I stopped to photograph the waterfall in the bottom left of this frame. It was a pretty miserable morning, the wind was howling and it was still raining. I thought I'd just climb up the shoulder of the hill to shoot the stormy skies. As I gained height, there was a break in the clouds and for no more than 15 minutes the light was perfect. By the time I got back to my truck the rain was coming in again.I managed to snap this 12 image, 4 frame HDR sequence in the time I was given. I missed my alignment a touch and when I put it together I found I'd chopped the top off the mountain but a couple of hours in PS have solved the issue to a point where I'm pretty chuffed with the result.
