Original caption: Senate GOP leader Everett M. Dirksen stacks up some of the reading material October 4th that will use in his planned filibuster against a bill to nullify state "right to work" laws. Indications were mounting that the "extended debate" would drag on for a week or ten days and that the whole issue would be put off until next year, so that Congress can adjourn. Administration leaders are conceding that they lack enough to stop the filibuster.
