(Original Caption) CHICAGO: Mrs. Mary O'Brien, 77, resident of the St. Augustine Home, Chicago, winces 10/4 as she is inoculated against the swine flu. Residents of the home for the aged were the first in the Chicago area to get the flu shots. Administering the inoculation is Bonnie Shears of the Chicago Board of Health. Steadying Mrs. O'Brien, is Sister Mary Catherine, of the Little Sister of the Poor. Senior citizens received the first inoculations.
