(Original Caption) 11/21/1950- Princeton, NJ- A new type of electronic brain that will save years of time and millons of dollars in the design and construction of guided missles, ships, planes and submarines, is shown publicly for the first time in a joint demonstration given by RCA and the Navy's Special Devices Center. At the left operating the new machine is A.W. Vance, head of RCA Lab Electronic Computer section and R.S. Holmes.
