Choreographer Kenneth MacMillan corrects Yvonne Lakier's arm position in the rehearsal room at Sadler's Wells Theatre Ballet,1956. MacMillan, born in Dunfermline, trained and performed with the Sadler's Wells Ballet Company before moving to the Royal Ballet to work as a choreographer. After three years at the Deutsche Oper in Berlin he returned to the Royal Ballet as resident choreographer and director in 1970. (Photo by Keystone Features/Getty Images)
