(Original Caption) 04/28/60-Katmandu, Nepal: Chinese Communist Premier Chou En-Lai gestures emphatically during a press conference here April 28th. Chou accused Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru of making an "unfriendly" statement before the Indian parliament soon after Chou left New Delhi fowllowing week-long unsucessful talks regarding the Sino-Indian border dispute.
