An extraordinary shot of a brash green praying mentis sitting on the rook of a game of chess. Artistic carved wood is focused beside the grass-green insect as the eye catcher and the rook whereas the other chessmen next to the rook are slightly blurred while the background remains very vague. Tiny water drops can be detected on the wing of the insect.
