(Original Caption) 10/11/1923-Schenectady, NY- Dr. Charles Steinmetz, electrical wizard and chief consulting engineer of the General Electric Company, did not waste much time while he was on a vacation at his summer camp in the Mohawk Valley, from which place he started on his first trip to the Pacific Coast. Photo shows him figuring out a new invention while he was in a solitary location in his boat.
