Paul Markham, a former U.S. attorney, talks to press upon emerging from Dukes County Courthouse during the inquest into the death of Mary Jo Kopechne. Markham was one the participants in July 18th cookout at Chappaquiddick Island the night Miss Kopechne perished in Senator Edward Kennedy's car off Chappaquiddick Island bridge.
