(Original Caption) 3/15/30-Cambridge, Massachusetts: Photo of the late Percival Lowell, brother of President Lowell of Harvard College, whose research work of a half a century ago is credited with assisting in the discovery of the new planet at Lowell Observatory at Flagstaff, Arizona. The new planet is called the ninth and outer planet.
