(Original Caption) Earth Orbit: Astronaut F. Story Musgrave, STS-6 mission specialist, runs a rope through a snatch block device at the aft bulkhead of the Earth-orbiting Space Shuttle Challenger. This portion of the extravehicular activity was a simulation of anchore to return the inertial upper stage's tilt table to its stowed configuration in the event of failure of an automatic system designed to do so.
