UNITED STATES - CIRCA 1935: Exterior view of the Aragon Ballroom, located at 1106 W. Lawrence Avenue in Chicago's Uptown section, ca.1930s. The ballroom opened in 1926 and quickly became a center of Chicago's dancehall culture. The marquee advertises 'Iced Air' and the 'Best Dance Music in America'.
