(Original Caption) All Set For The Frakas...Chester Conklin, Paramount comedy star, couldn't get seats for the California U.S.C. football game, so he picked out a flagpole, bought a pair of binoculars and practised sitting atop the pic for a few hours. Chester has just completed his first Paramount picture in which he is co-starred with W. C. Fields. It is titled Two Flaming Youths.
