Description
I was at the buddhist temple named "Namjangsa" which is located in Sangju-si, South Korea. It was built in 832 AD. That is, it is almost 1,200 years old temple. But, it was destroyed during the war against Japan in the end of 16th century. It was re-built in 17th century.
Doors of the shrine was widely opened. There was a Buddha statue in the middle of the shrine. It was a gold-colored one like most of Buddha statues in other temples.
