Artist's Description

COLPAPAMPA, PERU - JUNE 2007: The trek winds its way down from the High Andes to the cloud forest, 'Ceja de Selva', the eyebrow of the jungle, Colpapampa, Peru, 28 June 2007. The weather and surroundings become warmer at this point and orchids, humming-birds and flocks of parrots are visible. There is a dense rise in the jungle foliage as it soars up into the clouds. This part of the trek concludes in Mesada (2800m) where there are natural hot springs and good river swimming. (photo by Brent Stirton/Getty Images.)
