Traditional Danish Fiskefrikadeller or fish cakes. Fiskefrikadeller are made from finely chopped white fish, usually cod or haddock, with small pieces of more roughly chopped salmon added, along with cream, onion, carrot and flour, salt and white pepper. Served with slices of lemon, parsley, dill and remoulade. Colour, horizontal with some copy space.
