(Original Caption) This is how Linda and Paul McCartney appear on the cover of the August issue of McCall's magazine, which contains an exclusive interview with him. Talking about their early days together, Linda says, "I was blamed for the Beatles breakup. God, I'm not that powerful." She tells McCall's, "I remember saying to Paul, 'You know, people quite liked me before I married you.'" The photograph was taken by Clive Arrowsmith.
